Practice Manager - Ability to archive Client Groups
Currently we are only able delete Client Groups in XPM. That means there are 'inactive' groups when the clients move on making it harder to see how many Groups you are actually working with.
It would be great to be able to Archive instead. This would keep the Group Count 'clean' and you can still report on Groups

I agree - loosing the groupings for archived clients is very frustrating.

This would be very helpful within XPM. Also we have switched our document management software and because we have been deleting groups for archived clients we cannot search for archived documents at a group level.

I agree with this! It would certainly make it easier to archive the group rather than delete the group, as that way when you are looking for a client at a later date (whether it be they return or for other reasons), you still have easy access to the entities in their group.
