Xero Tax (UK) | Prepare Accounts for Dissolved Company
If a company is dissolved Companies House reports back that there are no year end date outstanding. But there are circumstances when you need to prepare axcounts for a dissolved company - for instance if you need to get the company re-instated. But Xero prevents you from progressing. All you would need to do is enter a year end date manually and you would be able to continue.

+ 1 to this.
Companies House requires accounts in order to restore company. Xero requires the company to be on the register. Vicious circle. Companies House are not going to change their obligations!
Totally makes sense for Xero to be able to finalise accounts in this situation.
