feedback
I feel like a dedicated feedback board would be useful. As I don't feel there is currently an appropriate place to give feedback and notify support of things that are not working properly.
For example, I have the new GST returns to trial and there was an actual feedback box in Xero. Where i gave the feedback that i liked the new features but not the look. Now the feedback box is gone and I have just noticed that it tells you that there are unreconciled lines to code. But, they are for the next GST period. Plus the old format doesn't show the lines for next period so it seems unintended.
Hi Dylan, the team have looked into your idea here and the behaviour you're describing isn't expected and does appear to be more of an issue than idea.
If possible could you please raise a case with our team of specialists at Support and we can take a deeper dive into this with you to work out what's going on. Thanks!

Hi team, when I add new quote, I want to create new contact by quotation, but it seems cannot add new contact by quote easily like invoice. Hope it can be updated. Thank you.

HONESTLY, the adjusted sale invoices. why do you software supplies constantly have to justify jobs by creating so much change. People don't want it and it disrupts work flow. Maybe try small changes and don't be so drastic. The new sale invoices is honestly not as good. Trying to copy, delete, apply payments, even adjust a date - just show the calendar again please!!! Very frustrating.

Hi Yes,
I want to give feedback about the recent changes, which has been annoying, as it continues to happen, I just get use to something and Xero changes it grrrr, before in bills it would highlight in green awaiting payment and grey in draft, now there's nothing, so when I go to bills I have to double check im looking at the right bill that it has been paid or not, or when it is due, when before it would have the indicator, just put it back the way it was it was more efficient at a glance to know what needed doing now
I also agree with Richard Grapper, Accounting does not need the woke BS marketing, so over it being shoved down our throats at every turn

I agree with Dylan,
Xero is making too many changes to the platform, "if it ain't broke don't fix it"!
New Nav header is painful. Spending more time looking for the same stuff.
Drop all the woke BS in your marketing.
I love Xero but sadly it is going the way of MYOB.
You are not listening to the customer, with both ears!

Yes. That is how the old version works. In my firm we usually code up to the period end date as that is what we bill for. So when we go into the GST return and it says reconciled lines it makes it look like we have made a mistake. that is especially true if you have to revert it to a draft at a later time for a fix.
