Add cc/bcc field to the OoA email when sending. Better: ability to have it pre-populated with a cc/bcc address. Allow sending to alternate email account, including a CRM.

Hi Michael are the emails that you're wanting to be pre-populated the same for all invoices or would be dependent on the contact ?
If for the org we have an idea that I'll merge yours with.
