XPM - Notification of draft invoices
It would be great if there was some automatic notification to the client/job manager that a draft invoice has been raised and is awaiting approval.
Probably just one email per day so they are not being spammed!

I am really surprised that this isn't already in place. For any practice with more than 1 person in it its really quite difficult to understand if someone has created a draft bill and its still draft or if its ready to be approved. We have 15 staff so its pure guess work and a big list of draft invoices

I agree, it would also be great if there was an automated notification once the invoice has been approved to advise it is ready to send out to the client.

Great idea! But you would need to have the option so that people aren't receiving emails they don't want! (eg it's a newer manager so the partner is still reviewing all invoices that go out in the interim. In this case they need the option to be able to turn this off)
