email return
We need to email estimates and returns to clients, which requires multiple steps including two client lookups.
- click print return
- de-select 6+ checkboxes
- click print return
- locate client folder to save pdf
- new email in mail client
- locate client folder and file to attach to email
It would be much more efficient if xero tax had an email client button similar to HandiTax SQL - 1 button click:
- opens new email in default mail client
- sets To address from client record
- attaches pdf to email
It would also help to be able to default checkboxes to unchecked in the print return options.
