Customise the Welcome page message in Xero Ask
We have started using Xero Ask for our STP finalisations, we need the clients to provide information and sign in a prompt manner, the sooner the better in order to finalise the accounts for EOFY. However, the opening message to the client, the welcome message, states
"You don't have to answer all the questions now
You can leave some questions for now but please answer them all by 30 June 2025"
This does not convey to the client for any of our requests that the timely submission of their documentation is needed.
We would like this welcome page to be customisable so that we can inform the clients of this, not let them dilly dally until the due date.
