Receipts - Invoice Only users to be able to access & send these
Administration staff that raise invoices & therefore have 'Invoice only' privileges also need to be able print/email receipts without need their access increased to 'Standard'.
This is to avoid those needing to send invoices having access to purchase information, bank accounts & balances.
