Client Verification via BGLiD links through to XPM
It would be great if when a client completes their BGLiD verification, that that data can go back to XPM and complete the Client Verification section. Would save a lot of time & reduce the potential for entries being missed.
5 votesHi Alyce! Did you know it's already possible to do this in XPM?
There is an integration between BLG CAS 60 and XPM and you can find more information about that integration here.
To ask questions about using XPM and the CAS 60 integration in community you can post or join Discussions on Xero Central. Thanks😊

See the partner name on the Xero Practice Manager (XPM) client screen alongside the client name, phone number and address.
We would just like to be able to see the Partner name on the Xero Practice Manager (XPM) client screen alongside the client name, phone number and address instead of having to go into each client to get this information. Especially useful for new admin staff who need to allocate various correspondence between multiple Partners.
2 votesHey Linda, you can actually see the Partner and Manager names above the clients details in the original version of XPM, and with the new Partner Hub these will be seen next to the client details as you have described. If you have not familiar with the new Partner Hub you can find more information about it here😊

Bank Rules - Use the bank statement line description to set up
When creating bank rules, it would be great to have the ability to Set the transaction description using bank statement description.
2 votesI am happy to report you can already do this in Xero Mebea! Just click Options on the top right corner of the bank statement line then select create bank rule. Xero will then use the description from the bank statement line to set up the bank rule. We have a bit if help around this in Xero Central, but if you need an extra hand you can raise a case with our Xero Support specialists. 😊
