  2. Filter out expense claims from Bills Awaiting Payment

    Filter out expense claims from Bills Awaiting Payment

    I input my own money occasionally into the business & don't require paying back, so the expense claim is left "open" & shows up on Bills awaiting payment - thus confusing the amount owing to Bills I have outstanding.

  4. Accessibility: Reduce Motion

    Looking at the new interface at https://www.xero-reimagined-nav-hp.com/ the widgets fly in from the side, and the charts all animate from zero to their full value. I have an accessibility requirement to have reduced motion, and have selected this option on my computer which the new Xero website is ignoring. Websites can use this selection as shown in https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/CSS/@media/prefers-reduced-motion and https://www.w3.org/WAI/WCAG22/Techniques/css/C39. Can you please implement the best practice for accessibility, and ensure all users can comfortably use your updated website by removing unnecessary animation when requested with the reduce motion option?   5. Navigation - Back to the top button at bottom of page

    Please could you add a 'Back to the top' button, especially on the reconcile and report pages, but every page would be useful.
    After scrolling down many line items, it would be far quicker to have this function implemented for ease.

    Thanks for sharing, Katie. We don't have any plans for adding this within Xero atm, however if working on a desktop you can use Home button on a Windows, or on a Mac you can press the Command key + Left arrow. This should help when navigating a long list such as reports like you mentioned.

  6. Organisation Settings - Display more than 5 organizations from change organisation drop down list

    When a person has more than 5 organizations in their portfolio the 'Change of Organization' drop down list only shows the most recent 5 used. It would be helpful if ALL your organizations showed on screen to choose from. Or of course, having the option to reduce to the 5 normal.

    Hi 👋 everyone, we appreciate all the feedback. We understand if you're in and out of many different client orgs each day why you'd like to be able to increase this drop down.


    We're keeping a close eye on the interest for this here and will share if there are any plans made.

  7. Navigation | Edit display picture for organisations in dropdown

    It's very hard to tell multiple organizations apart, particularly if they have the same initials. Currently, Xero simply displays the organizations' initials. It also assigns a random color to each organization. It would help distinguish these greatly if the organization settings allowed me to upload an avatar for each organization. Xero's Demo Company already illustrates how this feature would look. Also, it would help edit the color Xero assigns so that the color could match each organization's branding.

    Thanks for joining and following in the idea here, everyone. While early exploration has been done in this area, we want to be upfront that we don't have any short term plans for developing the ability to track quotes on the dashboard. 

    At present, you may find search in the navigation a quick way to navigate to all quotes by typing 'q'.

    If there is any change planned in this space we'll be sure to update you on this.
