Dear Xero ProductTeam,
I would like to propose an enhancement to Xero’s functionality, specifically regarding the home page or the Dashboard under the "Reconcile" section. It would be beneficial to introduce an option that allows users to allocate multiple payments to a single invoice simultaneously. This improvement would significantly reduce the time spent on manually selecting each payment to allocate against individual sales invoices. The impetus for this request stems from the need to process numerous payments related to sales invoices efficiently, particularly following month-end closures. I believe this feature would enhance user experience and improve operational efficiency.
The Filter Options on the Dashboard > Bank Account page require urgent enhancement. It is recommended that an additional field be incorporated for both “Spent and Received” transactions. This improvement will enable users to easily identify and analyse the amounts spent or received, facilitating more effective allocation of funds.
