Homepage - Reduce Motion for accessibility
Looking at the new interface at https://www.xero-reimagined-nav-hp.com/ the widgets fly in from the side, and the charts all animate from zero to their full value. I have an accessibility requirement to have reduced motion, and have selected this option on my computer which the new Xero website is ignoring. Websites can use this selection as shown in https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/CSS/@media/prefers-reduced-motion and https://www.w3.org/WAI/WCAG22/Techniques/css/C39. Can you please implement the best practice for accessibility, and ensure all users can comfortably use your updated website by removing unnecessary animation when requested with the reduce motion option? It would save a lot of time and frustration
Dates - could this please not necessarily be the current date? This is the one most infuriating thing I find with Xero as it is time-consuming to keep altering it.
For example, when entering bills, I am working through bills from the previous month. It would be useful if the date remembered the previous date entered and defaulted to it, so that one could just change the 'day' number and not the month and year.
Alternatively, could one choose a month period and year so that all entries are going to be in that month, with just the day numbers…

Homepage - Busy but a projects widget would be useful
Hi,
My first thought is that the home page is overly busy. The graphs are great but there is A LOT going on. We have more than one bank account so that would make the homepage even busier. The task widget is a great idea but the recent invoice payments and chart of accounts aren't really useful for us. We would want to remove widgets that aren't used.It would be great to have a projects widget showing project time use and amount on the homepage.
Love the improved navigation at the top especially the reporting and tax tabs. This…

Navigation - Split Taxes menu by Payroll, VAT and CIS
I would like to see taxes split into Payroll, VAT and CIS more clearly

Allow negative stock which has been asked for for at least 10 years but you say it requires a significant rewrite of code to do it - you are in a significant rewrite so please.....do it!

The prototype homepage shows "Products and Services" only in the 'Sales' menu, for a buyer in the company it would need to be in the 'Purchases' menu as they would not have access to the sales menu

Navigation - Rename Sales and Purchases to Payments and Receipts
The new tabs are nominated as Purchases and Sales but some of their sub tabs go beyond that. I would prefer to label them Payments and Receipts
