Hi everyone, we've been tracking this idea for some years now and truly value all the feedback we've heard on the desire and time saving reducing the manual steps in reconciliation

would achieve. We completely get wanting to skip that extra ‘OK’ click when you trust the suggested matches.

We’re excited to share that this idea is now in development. At Xerocon this year we shared automated bank reconciliation - Using JAX to automatically match and categorise your bank transactions with your Xero transactions.😊

It's in beta already and being tested by a small group of users atm, and as soon as we have more to share on this rolling out wider I'll give you another update here. Thanks again for helping us shape the future of Xero!

With the price increase on Growing, Xero now costs more than our payroll provider (whom we switched to ages ago when Xero dropped out of the payroll business, but not before messing up our account ledger that remains messed up to this day)

We downgraded to 'Early' and will try the Chrome extension. If that fails, we're off to Zoho. $660/yr for a lot of stuff we don't use and a lot of missing stuff we need ... what is it about the lifecycle of these tech companies where you add five years to the date everybody was excited about the functionality and price and the cost has doubled and satisfaction has gone into the toilet?

This is essential for integrating with a transaction source like Stripe where you might have thousands of transactions coming in. Clicking 'OK' for each one is not practical.
