We've reviewed this idea and have moved it to Gaining Support status.
Whilst this idea isn't currently on our product team's roadmap, we're monitoring the activity and will keep you updated on the way.

Hi everyone, thanks for your feedback on the ability for employees to approve timesheets.
Payroll is definitely an area we know needs more permission controls. This is something our product teams are beginning to explore and do deeper research of.
We'll keep you updated as our team progresses through the discovery work.

Hi community, thanks for sharing your thoughts on being able to send remittance advice in bulk from the Account Transactions screen. We appreciate you explaining how this could help simplify payment workflows.
We’ve reviewed this idea and agree it’s a valuable one. It’s not something on the current roadmap right now, but it’s an area the team would like to explore in the future.
In the meantime, we’d love to hear more about how this would help in your day-to-day work. The more examples and votes we have, the better we can understand what matters most when we start looking into it. Thanks again for all your input and continued feedback!

Same as many others here, now we have switched from Wise to the new system, the lack of bulk remittance sending is a definite downgrade. Adding a 'send remittance' action to the transactions list would go a long way to resolving this.
The icing on the cake would then be for the Open Banking payment process to take you to the transactions screen with all the relevant payments pre-ticked, so you don't need to select them all manually (and avoid mistakes in that selection).

With the current GoCardless for Xero system, there are three options for scheduling payments:
1. You can select an individual invoice and take payment for the full amount in one go.
2. You can select an individual invoice and split the total amount over a number of payments.
3. You can select multiple invoices (for the same customer) and take payment for the full sum amount in one go.
What we need added is a 4th option, where you can select multiple invoices (for the same customer), that the sum total owed and split that total over a number of future payments.
For us, the lack of this option makes GoCardless for Xero unusable. Most of our customers will have multiple invoices that they will want to pay in stages over a period of time. Using option 3. above (scheduling a separate payment plan for each invoice they have) would be a very bad customer experience.

We would also like to be able to define which employees (direct reports) a given user (line manager) has the ability to approve, for timesheets and/or leave.
