Hi 👋 everyone, we appreciate all the feedback. We understand if you're in and out of many different client orgs each day why you'd like to be able to increase this drop down.

We're keeping a close eye on the interest for this here and will share if there are any plans made.

    Hi everyone,

For those of us managing multiple clients, the “Change Organisation” dropdown menu only showing 5 organisations can be a bit limiting.

I know there’s a search option, but it would really help if the dropdown itself displayed at least 10 organisations by default (or even allowed us to set a preference). There’s plenty of space in the menu, and having more organisations visible would save time scrolling or typing every time we switch.

If this would make your workflow smoother too, please give this suggestion a vote so Xero can see the demand.

Would it be possible to add page numbers to the top of the page when looking in pages such as "contacts" "bank account recocilliations " Etc

Hi community, we appreciate the on-going interest this idea is receiving and the growing needs in the ability to customise documents that you send from Xero.

Right now, our position for this idea remains the same - we do have future plans to improve the branding experience across Xero, starting with invoicing which you can read more about.

As this experience continues to build out we'll make sure to share any updates for customising Remittance for everyone here.

Please could we have the ability to professionalise our remittances .

Having a consistent standard for our Business is brought down a bit by sending a generic Remittance .

Hi community, we appreciate the interest this idea has received. Sorry we haven't engaged with you on this idea sooner.

We understand being able to efficiently track and calculate fuel tax credits is important to you all who've supported this, however we want to be transparent that this isn't a feature we're looking to develop in the near future.

If you haven't already found a means to track this I wanted to share a method that could help. In Xero you could create untracked Inventory Items for each fuel type. When you enter purchases for fuel, you'd select the appropriate item, entering the number of litres into the Qty field, and the price per litre into the Unit Price field.

You could then use the Inventory Summary report to view the quantity of the fuel purchased during a date range.

If there are any changes around this we'll share with you…
