Hi everyone, we appreciate your support and feedback for having a Repeating Invoices Report.
We know that not having a dedicated report for your repeating invoices can present limitations when trying to forecast sales.
As noted by others in the idea, while not a complete solution there is the Receivable invoice detail report, that will provide results for invoices that have already generated from a repeat invoice template. There is also Short term cashflow predictions in Xero Analytics Plus that can predict recurring cash transactions based on the past 3 months reconciliations.
For more comprehensive forecasting, some users have found third-party apps that integrate with Xero to be helpful - You can view the full suite of official apps on our Xero App store.

Can anyone tell me why I can export my repeating invoices. You can export all other invoices "draft, awaiting payment etc" but you cannot export repeating invoices.
I have to pay for a separate product that can carry out this simple request but I should not have to pay a separate company for this.
It's absolutely crazy I cannot forecast my repeating invoices and start viewing reports. Xero have totally failed its clients with such an important report and function.

We have been following the discussion around the creation of a Repeating Invoice Report since 2019, and we are extremely disappointed that this crucial feature is still not available. This report is essential for many businesses, including ours, to effectively manage recurring revenue, forecast income, and ensure seamless financial planning.
How can such an important metric and reporting functionality remain "on the radar" for over five years without being implemented? This is a fundamental need for businesses relying on Xero to streamline operations, and it is frustrating that we are still waiting for a solution.
Can you provide clarity on why this has not yet been addressed and what the current timeline is for its release? Your customers deserve a concrete update on when this critical feature will finally be available.
