I don't understand how this still cannot be a feature - I submitted the initial comment on this thread in 2022. What more are we supposed to request! I am soon looking at other accountancy software to see if they offer this.

RECURRING SALES INVOICES Most of my clients are recurring invoices. I need to regularly identify the values and frequency to ensure no one is missed, and to analyse cash flow forecasting. I would like a report to export to Excel and PDF so I can review all recurring invoices. Including each transaction line descriptions on the report will help too.

I'm not sure if it helps anyone else, but I've recently run a report
(Receivable invoice detail) and filtered by the branding theme that we run our direct debits on. This has worked for us. Hope it helps

We are still in desperate need of a detailed repeating invoice report.
Our business is based on RMR, and to gauge our company's success, we need something that can be exported to excel/.csv.
With over 800 repeating invoices, it is close to impossible to manage them without a detailed report.
To include but not limited to:
Customer Name
Invoiced figures need to be calculated on a Monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Billing Frequency

Need this as all my invoices are repeating.

Come on Xero. When are you get round to bringing repeating invoices in to the 21st century? As a subscription based business we are unable to get the reports that we need.

I see that Beenbox has developed a repeating invoice functionality why not XERO?

I would just like to be able to download a list of repeating invoices so i can forecast. the export function BUTTON is there for every other type of invoice just not repeating Why not?

I manually change the dates on the repeating invoices each month, push them to draft, and then change the date back so we can forecast revenue. It's 2025, Xero - you shared this idea in 2022!

We have a lot of repeating invoices, and need to be able to forecast how much is coming in without adding invoices manually. We just need a total figure for the month that shows all upcoming

It has been well over 2 years now. Come on Xero. This shouldn't be a 'feature request'. It should have been implemented at the same time that repeating invoices were introduced!

An easy way of knowing the total of repeating invoices created at any moment in time is essential (the vast majority of our invoices are created this way) - at the moment we have to manually add them up.

We have a vast quantity of repeating invoices, and really do need to be able to forecast how much we expect to send each month so that we can track how much additional billing is required to meet out targets. This should be an easily accessible report

I have been waiting for this for years, I recently discovered beanbox.app and it does all that I need and more for a very good price. Definitely worth checking out.

Yes please would be nice to know the totals of recurring invoices each month, and also a function cross check for any errors other than viewing each individual invoice separately. So a detailed report of the recurring invoices and the line items.

Also a function to add once off items for once off charges.

A basic reporting function is needed for repeating invoices. We need to be able to export a complete picture of the invoice data including the payment branding, due date etc.

Repeating invoices lack so many fundamental features. Not being able to get a basic report is definitely one of them.

As a business where the majority of our invoicing is repeating, this is becoming increasingly frustrating. This isn't a 'Product Idea' it is a fundamental feature that should have been included from the moment Xero introduced repeating invoices.
