    Hi team, pleased to share another update as progress moves along in this space.

    We'd now doing some early testing of the teams concepts for being able to bundle inventory in Xero.

    With the high interest for this in the idea, we'd like to offer the opportunity to be involved in the process - If you'd be willing to give some of your time to share back with the team, we'd love you to fill in this short questionnaire ✍️

    Is one of the main things that has always been missing

    More important then bench marking

    Small employers need to be able to build products and are not in the income range to purchase more subscripts to other inventory programmes

    Hi everyone, thanks for sharing your feedback on payroll tracking. We understand some of you want to see gross wages, tax and super broken down by department and timesheet categories.

    In May 2025 we released an update which allows super and leave to be allocated to employee groups, which helps track full wage expenses across departments or cost centre.

    As you’re aware, our timesheet reports can be filtered by tracking categories, however the reports summarise hours rather than a total wage breakdown.

    We've shared this idea with our product team. We really appreciate the feedback however further payroll tracking features are not in the near term roadmap so we'll update the status to Not in Pipeline at this time.

    We’ll continue to monitor your interest and feedback as we plan future improvements to Payroll reporting.

    In many small businesses they have different departments.

    Unfortunately each employee may work in many different departments through the week but can only choose one tracking category on there employment card.

    Small businesses in this position do not want the projects model as it doesn't work for them and is an additional cost they cannot afford.
