    Hi community, we have an exciting opportunity for a few customers to meet some of our Xero team who are working hard to improve payroll for you.

    You'd get a chance to tell us your honest experience with using Xero for payroll, as well as get a tour of the Xero London office!

    The problem though is, we shouldn't have to do this.

    I'm having to do the same thing Sharon, not using Xero payroll for holidays and using an excel file instead. Luckily we are a small company so it doesn't take too much extra time. It must be a major headache for some people.

    This has been an ongoing request for a long time now. It is ridiculous that we are all being ignored by Xero.

    I guess there are alternatives to Xero becoming available so they'll likely lose a bunch of clients. From the lack of a satisfactory response on the subject, I think that Xero don't mind losing clients though.
