Thank you for all your support on this idea and for sharing how the option to adjust the column width on your reports would be beneficial. We understand that in some reports the inability to adjust the column size could result in extra white space or longer entries not being fully displayed.
This idea has been reviewed by the Product team and has been moved to the ‘Accepted’ status. This reflects that this idea is not currently on our roadmap but it is a suggestion we will continue to monitor when looking at how we develop our reports.

Thanks for your valued feedback here everyone. Considering elements mentioned we wanted to highlight Report styles which are available to Xero Partners through Reports in Xero HQ.
With Report styles Partners can now set logos, change the colour of report titles and size of the font in reports, across client organisations.
We appreciate there are other improvements mentioned that you'd like to see capabilities expanded too and will continue to track the interest and share any more improvements of this with you all.

Hey everyone, thanks for all the votes and feedback on this idea! Our product teams have definitely taken note and understand the effort involved in automatic report generation and sending.
While it's something we see as valuable in the long run, it's not currently on our development roadmap with a specific timeframe. We're still keen to hear from those of you who would find this feature helpful, so please keep the conversation and votes coming. We'll be sure to update you if our plans change.

Yes, the ability to finally be able to format reports would be great. I have been exporting reports to Excel for years to get them into a presentable format. Sometimes the last few lines of a Xero report are on the next page - the ability to adjust margins would be great so that the report falls on one page. Just one example but I have to format alot of things on the reports in Excel which seems to defeat the purpose.
