    Hi team, we have an exciting opportunity for a few customers to come meet some of our Xero team who are working hard to improve payroll for you

    You'd get a chance to tell us your honest experience with using Xero for payroll, as well as get a tour of the Xero London office!

    This is something basic that even HMRC say my payroll package should handle easily. It's really frustrating that I have to use the HMRC basic tools and probably end up with records in Xero that are out of sync with reality.

    I was amazed to find I couldn’t do this already. The workaround is clumsy to say the least. Please add!

    EDITED: I have just tried the workaround suggested (add a credit note) but you can't add a credit note to something that's already paid!
