Hi team, thanks for your contribution and sharing with us on your use of being able to see levels of stock when invoicing. Right now, our team are developing improvements to the line item grid in new invoicing, where you enter detail of your invoices. This work also involves providing visibility of your tracked inventory stock on hand so you know how many items you have to sell.

For now we'll move to working on it and I'll keep you updated of when this is released in new invoicing.

I was very disappointed when the available stock feature was removed when Xero switched to new invoicing. Seeing the available stock was a very useful tool and I would like to see this back.

We recently switched from classic invoicing to new invoicing to take advantage of the new packing slip feature. But I've found that the New Invoicing doesn't show the current stock level for products being invoiced when you put your curser over the quantity. This was a very useful tool for keeping on eye on live stock levels under classic invoicing. It's possible to switch back and forth between classic and new invoicing but such a useful tool should be carried over and be part of New Invoicing.
