   Be able to create multiple and varying invoices on Xero for the same client

   e.g.

   April - Payroll plus Xero recharge
   May - Payroll plus Xero recharge plus P11D
   June - Payroll plus Xero recharge plus VAT

   No functionality for this at present seemingly - it's rather manual!
