Appreciate your input here, everyone. Our team is looking into this idea however, they don't have any dates planned on when they’ll develop the ability to schedule emails.
Totally understand how this feature could benefit your workflow though, being able to schedule an email to send during acceptable hours, so you don’t have to remember!
Rest assured that our eyes are on the ground monitoring your feedback and votes here, so please keep adding them in this thread. For the time being, I’ll move this idea into ‘Under review’ status. And if there's any movement, we'll make sure to come back here and let you all know.

I suspect the are still busy working on the first version of Single Touch Payroll as that was their excuse for many years. Or maybe it is this really recent new thing called Covid. They will have some excuse for not listening to their customers.

Hi community, we understand user roles and the permissions a user has across an organisation is important to many businesses. Right now, as some may have seen across other ideas I've updated - we have some research underway to help us better understand where and how we might best tackle the most predominant needs in roles.

An error occurred while saving the comment Graham Deck commentedOur accountants have a login for each person that can access Xero so we have a dozen people who can approve leave that really cannot approve leave, makes it very confusing for our staff.

I should not subscribe to the comments on this issue (or any other) as it just gets me angry. Xero NEVER actually implements any to the suggestions. Years ago I thought that taking the time to provide customer feedback was worth my time. Then after a few years of no response or comments such as "we are putting all our effort into Single Touch Payroll" I realised Xero is hopeless in doing anything for it's customers other than putting up their charges.
