Appreciate the interest in being able to search by description. While we're attentive to your feedback, I want to be open that we don't have any immediate plans for developing this atm.
We're staying close to feedback on how we can improve navigation for our customers when using Xero, and I'll let you know if there is any development planned surrounding this, here. Thanks

An error occurred while saving the comment Emma Radbourne commentedHaving tried Xero in 2019 I was totally put off after 20 years of Sage. Our company have made the decision to try again but Xero have not moved on!! A search facility has been requested since 2018 and Xero have done absolutely nothing about it. This facility is key to us, and likely to make us switch back...

An error occurred while saving the comment Emma Radbourne commentedWhen doing year end accounts or indeed just checking all nominal codes, when I click into a transaction to amend, and then try and go back, it takes me to the original 'Account Transactions' screen and loses all my filters which is making the process ridiculously long.

We had a tax code notice come through for our director, which was incorrect, and on investigation got to the bottom of it, but whilst (just by chance) checking the director's details, notice the tax code was very wrong and looked like HMRC owed him..not correct. In addition, apart from his car we have never had any benefits so nothing would have been set up, but all of a sudden, 2 benefits have appeared, with £s next to them.
When querying with Xero, they said no history and blamed us.
Why, if we can see when we migrated in to Xero, send invoices/ statements etc, are they incapable/unwilling to help....cost to them??
We're going back to Sage straight away!!
When you say atm, do you mean this decade??? I can see that the first request for this was in 2015....you make other changes, which, quite frankly aren't nearly as important for those who actually work in accounting and have to use/ search for things on a daily basis. Surely, investment in programming should be made on things that customers actually need.
We will most likely be going back to Sage if this is not addressed.
Also, how many request do you have to get (actual numbers please!) to developing your customers' requests..
