    Hi team, we appreciate your feedback here and this has been shared back with the team.

    They appreciate and recognise the difference between the older and new files experience.

    While a change isn't in the immediate roadmap we will consider this improvement as we continue to build on the new experience. If there is any change planned around this I'll be sure to let you know here. Thanks

    I also dont like this new format - in files I prefer the old look and only want to rename the file as not all entries are to be created as draft bills

    Hey everyone! Thanks for your ongoing feedback on this. We appreciate you taking the time to highlight how important it is to get superannuation calculations exactly right, especially with the specific rules around employees under 18.

    Our product team has reviewed this idea and agrees this needs to be addressed. The current workaround of manually adjusting each pay run isn't the seamless experience we want to provide, especially for businesses with multiple under-18 employees.

    As a result, we're moving this idea to 'Accepted'. While we can't give a specific timeframe for a solution right now, this status means it's on our radar and something we'd like to develop in the future.

    When will this matter be addressed and resolved by Xero - will Xero take responsibility if the super is missed and not paid within the statutory timelines, which could result in the employer being fined for non-payment
