Hi everyone, thanks for sharing how important automated holiday pay calculations are for you.
We’re updating the status of this idea to Accepted to show it's formally on our radar.
While we’ve already explored several options to automate holiday pay calculations, for the time being this is not a feature we have planned in our roadmap.
We understand some of you are managing these calculations manually. We’d suggest running the Payroll Activity Summary or Gross to Net report over a 52 week period to assist with these calculations.
We’re grateful for your feedback and will continue to monitor interest here.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts around the ability to amend the contract information. The Contract information is a new addition to the client information section and its great to get feedback on how this is working for our customers. We have moved this to Gaining Support, so make sure you share your idea with any colleagues that this could benefit so they can add their vote too!

Crazy that Xero offers advice on how to do this manually from their reports, but can't find a formula that can automate the process for us. This is a legal requirement, not a nice-to-have wish. I am in the process of switching payroll from Xero to Healthbox HR to comply with the law, which is a major inconvenience.
