74 votesAppreciate your feedback on how you use invoicing and the benefit you find in being able to approve and view the next invoice in sequential invoice number order. As we continue to plan further developments within this space, our product teams would like to engage you all here to get a better sense of our invoicing users for future improvements. We’d find your feedback invaluable and if you’d be interested in sharing with us, please fill in our survey here. Sara Foster

commentedI'd like to see a tickbox that prevents users from creating a new contact, much like the tick box that restricts the adding of a new bank account. An error occurred while saving the comment Sara Foster

commentedI've got a massive tidy-up going on because somebody junior within the accountant's office creates a new contact every time a payment comes in, AND my client can't spell, so it doesn't flag that the contact should not be there. I have to go through the entire file and merge up to 7 names per contact. Junior people should not be able to set up a new contact in my opinion. Sara Foster

commentedWe also used to be able to sort by Account number, so at least we could figure out what the next number was. This was removed so that now the only way to sort by Account number is to export all contacts, a time consuming and fiddly process. An error occurred while saving the comment Sara Foster

commentedMy client has employees who are taking the mickey with unpaid leave requests so he wants to turn off the ability to apply for it. We should be able to do this. Sara Foster

It's very hard to do a full report on the Activity for a contact when sometimes they exist multiple times due to staff changes. New contact should be restricted to high level staff.
