Hi everyone, while there isn't a report that you can report 'terms' atm, you could run the Aged Receivables Summary report that'll provide all the other detail you're asking here.

From Columns in the report you'll see the option to include Credit Limit as well as many of the contact details such as Email and Phone. If this is a report you'd want to access frequently, save it as Custom and maybe even favourite the report so you can easily access it.

When you mention wanting to include 'terms' it'd be good to get more detail of your expectations in this would this be the terms and conditions of the theme applied to invoices for that contact, or perhaps billing information that you may have saved in notes for the contact? Thanks

This type of export (credit limit and credit balance), particularly with API is critical to those who use ERP and other systems to manage customer quotations and orders.
and not just for a single contact but all company customers at once, especially if there are 1000 transaction limits per day.

The system we work in must have access to credit limits and balances so that when an order is received before it is accepted, we can check if credit limit will be exceeded .
The same at order dispatch - before we release the goods, we need to know if account is on hold.

best to have one source of truth, the accounting system that receives the money .

It is difficult to believe that after all the requests for proper credit management that Xero has not provided.
Does Xero understand its clients? Manufacturers use ERP for front line sales. We need to know what clients have in balance on credit limit and on order BEFORE entering an order otherwise the limit will be exceeded and we are at risk of invoicing a client out of limit AND if we hold the client might cancel an order underway .

Get with the program Xero - MYOB can do this, why can't you?
