Contact report / export - Including credit limits and terms
Report listing all customers including contact details, credit terms and credit limits
Hi everyone, while there isn't a report that you can report 'terms' atm, you could run the Aged Receivables Summary report that'll provide all the other detail you're asking here.
From Columns in the report you'll see the option to include Credit Limit as well as many of the contact details such as Email and Phone. If this is a report you'd want to access frequently, save it as Custom and maybe even favourite the report so you can easily access it.
When you mention wanting to include 'terms' it'd be good to get more detail of your expectations in this would this be the terms and conditions of the theme applied to invoices for that contact, or perhaps billing information that you may have saved in notes for the contact? Thanks

Customer csv is missing this one vital field - please add to road map for future updates, also a credit limit date on accounts & reporting would be extremely useful!

Could be added to customer export???? It appears to be one of the only fields missing

Hi Kelly
What I need is really only the credit limit listed on the customer Master File as per the attached screenshot. All the items in Green are already on the export. Surely the credit limit is a simple ask!

Hi Kelly,
I was already aware of this workaround but it's not useful as it excludes any customers who currently have no balance.
By "terms" I mean credit terms ie. payment is due 30 days from invoice days.

Terms in this context means how long they customer has to pay - 30 days net, 30 days end of month etc.
Great to know it is available on a report does this mean it is also available on the api?
It would still be helpful to be able to import them on the contact though.

For credit control it would be great to see the list of customers with their credit limit and current balance on thier account (Surely this should be easy to sort out as the information is already entered.

This would be so helpful , especially when you have alot of customers

This would be an important tool for credit control at the moment we need to create a manual spreadsheet. All I need to see right now is the credit limits and the credit terms.

It also needs to work with large volumes of customer contacts.

This will ensure that we can enforce credit limit and help us understand the exposure of our client.

This is extremely important for the bank to pull this information on a regular basis as the customers list keep growing. Our debtors book has been insured and keeping this list updated manually causes human errors.

As you can export other contact details, would be great if the export includes every field listed when setting up an account. If all fields can be exported the user can than filter out what is not required at the time. Better to have to much info than not enough. Would also be great to have last sale/purchase date.

It would be so useful to have a report like this one where I can see contact details. Please implement ASAP.

Being able to view/export all your credit limits in one place should be a no brainer simple process and I can't quite believe the functionality isn't already in place

bulk update credit limits and API access critical

could this not be added to the export available for contacts. Seems to be the only column missing from this export

Yes please, it seems a no brainer that larger organisations need this feature.
