Hi everyone, we appreciate the feedback we've received on this change and while this was an intentional change this is something our product teams are monitoring feedback of very closely and considering improvements around in the new clients experience.
While we can't make any commitments atm I will be certain to share any plans with you all here.

Agree with all comments made so far. The bulk address update option was one of very few benefits in XPM, we also have client groups consisting of 10+ entities and having to manually update each entity is going to result in errors occurring, omissions and lots of wasted time. The necessity to add a country first to enter an address is also unnecessary, default should be Australia and change should only be required if country is not Australia. To date I see very few actual improvements in the new update/interface, and the frustrations far out weigh any minor improvements. Whoever in your development team decided to remove this bulk address update functionality needs to be more in tune with the actual day to day operations of how the software is being used by the consumer and work to improve functionality and efficiencies not reduce them! The Xero response is also unsatisfactory, the functionality was there and has been removed, how about just replacing it. Not happy!

Also very frustrating that mobile numbers not appearing for contacts attached to clients and that you have to "drill down" to see the mobile...ridiculous!
