Hi community, we understand how being able to send quote reminders like you can for invoices, would help with following up on uncommitted work with your customers and potentially locking in sales.
For the time being, as many will be aware you can resend a quote that’s already been sent, by clicking the 3 dot menu in the top right and choosing ‘Send’, where you’ll have the option to change the email and who it’s being addressed to.
This is something we have intentions of diving into discovery for this year and I’ll return to share more news when things progress. Thanks

xero should review all the ïdeas relating to quote reminders and merge together.
this is a very impoirtant feature that is missing!

how i just had the exact idea - how annoying when a client accepts a quote at a time when your not at the computer - so a qoute isnt generated for a few hours . . .or 12. . . it would be super handy if this was accepted. . . then boom. . . an invoice is now in there inbox - while they were just thinking about it. that would improve sales and efficiency instantly.

this is a joke! Xero just implemented changes to invoicing that seem to have zero benfefits or additional functions (only appearance actually looks worse) but has customers waiting years for this simple quote remnder setting. i mean the coding already exists for invoicing - should be as easy implementation?
