    Important for some business. Others may have variations but additional invoices can always be done for this.

    It will make sales process much automatic and simpler as there was a client of mine that accepted quote and, for some reason, need to pay within 30 minutes and emailed me urgently for the invoice but I didn't check my email that time. I end up manually send her invoice later the same day but not sure if it would influence payment from client.

    The implementation of such feature would improve efficiency and create a slicker process for the customer.

    This is really important and would save a lot of time for Xero users issuing invoices that will then be converted into an invoice when accepted.

    This would be really useful! A lot of time and effort is wasted when we have to receive the accept notification, press the "convert to invoice" button ourselves, and then resend it. By then the customer's payment momentum may have been lost. The accept button should convert to an invoice and take the customer straight to the invoice or even the payment screen.

    Match received money to quote number for faster business transactions.
    Could also generate an invoice marked PAID.

    Would it be possible to copy an existing quote to a prepayment Invoice. Currently we send quotes to customers and then when paid, write this on the quote, but we require an Prepaid Invoice to be created instead, is this possible?

    TWO customers have asked for exactly this "how to I pay for this quote"

    @Haydeb, what was you old accounting software? Lack of this feature holds up business cash flow to much

    how i just had the exact idea - how annoying when a client accepts a quote at a time when your not at the computer - so a qoute isnt generated for a few hours . . .or 12. . . it would be super handy if this was accepted. . . then boom. . . an invoice is now in there inbox - while they were just thinking about it. that would improve sales and efficiency instantly.
