Sage has this as any easy option to add to the aged creditors why is it not available in Xeto? Since the new banking rules from around 18months ago account name, sort code etc have to agree in order to make a payment???

This is available in Sage and the lack of this facility is making some clients reluctant to migrate to Xero as they see it as a backward step, if I cannot supply them with at least the same reporting I can from Sage it is difficult to convince them of any benefit.

Do any of these ideas ever get implemented, this is probably the 6th one I have either instigated or joined in and none seem to have been agreed to?
Each one of these missing features makes using Xero more longwinded than it needs to be and makes you regret moving from rival software....

Thanks for the idea and adding your interest here, everyone. In lieu of a direct feature to accommodate this atm, you may find duplicating the claim to record each part of a trip useful in cutting down the data entry. We'll let you know if there's any change planned here.

I think Xero are missing the point of this thread.
We need to be able to add multiple trips to a single mileage claim, claims are paid monthly and we need to be able to have 1 Xero document / claim submission for each person for each month.
Duplicating a claim does not help anyone, it still means I can have up to 50 claims for a single person in a month, we need 1 claim per person to include all of that persons travel for the whole month.An error occurred while saving the comment Denise Abbott

This is still a single trip claim, I would like to be able to add multiple trips, possibly with multiple stops, in a single monthly claim.

It is a bit tedious if a new claim has to be created for each journey espcially where the same client is visited on a weekly basis.

Hi community, thanks for on-going engagements with us about how you use the Xero network in this idea. As our team continue work on new invoicing, development for building the Xero Network within new invoicing is now underway, and we'll keep you updated of further news of this, here.
In the meantime, if you've set up Xero network for your contacts you can continue to send these through the Invoices awaiting payments list. As mentioned in my last updated we still strongly recommend exploring eInvoicing as a solution.

The new invocing is a backward step, I have wasted so much time today trying to find a way to do something which was readiliy available prior to the "upgrade" to new invoicing.
This is the second time a change to an existing feature has been a retrograde step.
Very slow response…
