Heya community👋 thanks for the discussions and input through this idea overtime. I know it's been quiet on our end but want you to know your feedback has been getting back to the right places.
We have a couple of features I'd like to highlight here, as well as let you know our product team are currently developing the Bills View and Edit pages in which the pain points here will be solved. 😊
- Simply upload files to bills to automatically extract and create your bills in draft for you. You can upload multiple files at once and let Xero do the grit work. Once they're ready simply review
- Smart document capture - You can simply upload your files to the inbox and Xero will take the effort out of things by extracting key data and auto suggesting create transactions for you (Invoice, Bills, Spend and Receive money)

I agree that this makes the statements wordy & confusing.
I would also like to be able to send statements that include 'receive money' transactions.
These show in the Contact's activity, but when you generate a statement from there, it does not include them?Nicki Clark

I definitely agree - takes a lot of time zooming in to see the image, - but there is often not even a zoom in + button!
Would love that image just fits to the window by default - but all having a + to zoom at a minimum!?
