    Hi everyone, thanks for your feedback on this idea. We appreciate you sharing how important STP reporting is.

    The existing solution is to view the STP finalisation screen, as this information is included in the employee's STP summary.

    Something to note is that leave paid out on termination has several reporting types depending on the termination reason and leave type (i.e. Type U, Lump Sum A, etc).

    If you use the STP finalisation reports, you may like to view this in conjunction with the ATO’s guide: STP Phase 2 Reporting - Quick reference guide.

    Creating a new report for unused leave paid out on termination isn’t currently on our product team’s road map, so we've updated this idea to Not in Pipeline. The idea remains open for votes though so we can continue to monitor interest.

    Can we please get this report added as a priority.

    I need it for
    - Payroll Tax - We need to exclude termination payments (WA), resulting in less tax payable for clients. If it is tricky to find this information, our clients could end up paying more than is necessary.
    - Workers Compensation - same reason as above.
    - Reporting - Example. Our hospitality client wants termination payments excluded from their cost figures.

    We’re updating the timesheet admin experience, including a new timesheet list and a redesigned details view to help you find what you need faster.

    We’d like to engage you all here for help in shaping these improvements.

    We’re looking for customers who manage or approve employee timesheets to join an early access program, where you’ll try the new interface and give feedback directly to our team.

    What you can expect:

    • Easier admin tasks: Navigate your list and details views faster (this only impacts admins, so there’s no change for employees)
    • Early access: Try these updates before they’re available to everyone
    • Quick feedback: Help us fine-tune the final product by taking short surveys within the new screens
