 commentedI had this instance recently and just happened to spot it before it became due so have now sorted, but it made me see the lack of error reporting. If an invoice does not pull through to GoCardless...for any reason...there should be visibility on error reporting and a notification so that this can be dealt with before it causes any financial impact. With an integration you shouldn't have to be manually monitoring to make sure all invoices pull through.  Louise Petrie

Hi, we have a similar situation where employees are requesting leave via Xero Me, but it is allowing them to request dates that have already been booked and approved. Once leave is requested for a certain date, it should block it from request again. If the request on that date needs hours changing then you can always edit the original request, but it shouldn't allow an extra request for the same dates. I've never actually approved a duplicate leave request as I've caught them, but I imagine it would allow it and then potentially if nobody spots it then the employee could be losing out on leave balance. There really should be validation in for this.
