Hi all, we wanted to share an update for our US customers that sending invoices via SMS is now available! We have just released this functionality and you can use the same Xero Central article as shared in the last update to understand the in's & out's of how this works. After this release we will be working on delivering this to the UK and NZ markets. As mentioned initially this is limited to the Stripe payment service but we will also be expanding this other payment services down the line.

I have just seen the SMS feature to send invoices to customers (UK). I think it is brilliant and should also be extended to WhatsApp. However the text in the SMS is currently unusable for our business and would cause offence. It needs to be editable because I need to add the word 'please' and enquire whether they had previously received it. Currently it is far to demanding.

New SMS Invoice to customer feature. This is brilliant, but it needs the ability to amend the text by us the users. Current text message is too abrupt to use in our business.

Even the ability to produce a report off these would be helpful in the interim. I have around 1,400 of these, so it is important, and doing screen shots is just no good.

If you cannot make the text of the sms editable, could you please please please just add the work please to the existing text to make it politer.
