    I too would love to see this feature being added to Xero. In the current economic climate invoices are being paid later and later by customers and clients. Debt recovery is essential to cash flow and charging interest on overdue invoices is another incentive to getting payment. It can also mean the difference between your invoice being paid over another creditors. In my mind this is should be a priority for the Xero Development team.
