    very important to select specific days for part time employees who works certain days in the week, which fall on public holiday.
    As currently if (for example) the employee works on Tuesday & Wednesday and a public holiday fall in that week on Monday, the system automatically add the public holiday rate and payment, however he doesn't work on Monday! so I've to adjust it manually.

    it will be so handy to have a custom date payroll RUN option ( so like weekly, fortnightly, monthly, custom...) , as for example here in Australia, we are approaching the end of the financial year, and many companies are a fortnight payroll, like mine, so we wanted to do 1 payroll covering the last 3 weeks in JUNE

    So because XERO system cannot allow custom date, we will have to do either 3 payroll ( weekly pay) or 1 fortnight pay + 1 week pay - for all employees.
