    Thanks for the feedback here, everyone. We get how being able to use custom Excel templates for Workpapers could save you time and power up your use of Xero Workpapers.

    Currently, you can export Workpapers data to Excel and then copy info into your preferred template. Allowing you to continue using your custom templates for now.

    The good news is we're delivering a new Workpapers solution, and our team are exploring how to enable this functionality within this.

    We'll post an update as soon as we have any news to share.

    Hi everyone, thanks for showing your interest here. We've been looking into your requests around Document packs, however want to be upfront that right now, editing sent packs is not on the immediate roadmap.

    We appreciate you providing more details on the exact scenarios where being able to edit a sent pack would be most helpful. It provides a good picture of the specific problems you're facing, which will help us explore various solutions in the future.

    Agree with all comments.

    If I have the wrong email address for one signee and donwload the partially signed document to load into a new pack, this leaves the old one unsigned forever. The new pack also doesn't like the partially signed document because it has existing signatures embedded, so we have to go through a rigmarole to bring this into the new document pack.

    Wastes a lot of time.
