    The employee should only be able to select the pay rate assigned under their pay template, rather than any pay rate available. Please fix.

    Xero could enhance its platform by incorporating a feature that allows for selective delegation of leave request approval authority to designated Payroll Admins, without necessitating the removal of their broader Payroll Admin access privileges. Employees get confused when they see a long list of people from Accountants team in their leave approval section.
