    Hi everyone 👋 thanks for your feedback around the sync between Xero Practice Manager (XPM) and Xero Blue.

    You may have heard our Xero’s practice tools are evolving into one seamless platform with Xero Partner Hub. With focus on this new hub at present we want to be open that there are no changes for the sync between Client in practice tools and Contacts in your Xero organisation.

    This maybe something we look into in the longer term but want to be open it's not in the roadmap at present.

    We'll continue to keep a close eye on the support here, and share if there's any progress.

    This is incredibly frustrating that if someone changes their email address/we update it in XPM it doesn't sync over to Xero. Email addresses change a lot. It's archaic for this NOT to happen. Looks like people have brought this to your attached years ago. Please fix it along with populating the first and surname fields.

    Hi everyone, thanks for sharing your appetite in this idea. You may have seen some of the improvements coming with Xero Partner Hub soon as we unify the client and staff experiences across practice tools.

    We want to be open that there are no changes planned for syncing contacts from Xero blue into Xero Partner Hub at this stage but we'll continue to keep a close eye on the interest here and share if any plans are made.
