Hi everyone, I wanted to share another update regarding timesheet flexibility.
Our product team is currently working on a feature that will allow employees to add other unit-based earnings types directly to their timesheets via Xero Me. This means your team will soon be able to record allowances and other non-ordinary earnings pay items alongside their regular hours.
We know this has been a highly requested feature to help reduce manual adjustments for admins. We are currently in the development phase and will provide a further update here once we’re closer to a release date.

Hey team thanks for supporting this idea of bulk adding or removing tracking options on invoices and bills.
We have moved thi to Gaining Support so you can tell your friends and colleagues that they can oet and comment on this idea.
Our Product team will keep an eye on this as it gains more support, although there is no work on this currently, it's good to know which features would be beneficial to users for the future.

In the enter a bills screen allow the ability to assign the same Store/Employment group to all the line items in the bill at once.

Please create the ability to bulk assign a tracking category to all the line items in a bill.
Where bills are imported with multiple lines sometimes staff approving bills in the external system like Ezzy bills assign the incorrect category or miss assigning a category and then one has to manually assing it to each line items in the bill - for my particular client this is sometimes 30-40 line items.
This will be a huge time saver.
