    Has there been a response to this? I started trying to follow the instructions to create a customised receipt which I thought I could add all the necessary information but editing the template is beyond me. I'm baffled by the fact it appears to use tables, I think, so I can't insert text where I want.

    Is anything likely to be done about this? The charity I represent receives pays for Xero yet I still have to manually issue donation receipts. Part of the selling point from me for replacing the spreadsheet was that it would save time. This is one way that we could do that.
