    Thanks for starting the idea here, Renee. 

    Just to clarify, when you say ‘duplicate a contact’ would this be; the ability to duplicate an entire client (including all its contacts), to duplicate a contact within an existing client, or duplicate a contact from one client to another?

    If the last, we have a similar idea over here that I can join you in with. 🙂

    Duplicating an entire client would be such a time saver, it's extremely annoying to create a new client group in XPM and have to enter information over and over again when its all the same. APS has a function where you could create a card with the address, phone numbers, basic information and ten copy the card as many times as needed to save time on preparing the group which I used religiously. Not we manually have to slog through six clients.
