This is ridiculous that if I attach the receipt when reconciling...why on earth do I have to attach it again to generate the invoice AND then I have to go into each one individually to mark to attach to invoice. I am only in 30 days in and I am bewildered by the lack of functionality to make our lives easier.

This is the most disappointing part of Xero for me. I don't believe I have saved any time from my spreadsheets due to the number of clicks I have to do to assign the hundreds of transactions and expenses to a project. Why isn't this an option on the cash coding page?

Hi team, while we began work on developing the ability search and sort by tasks in Projects the teams focus had to shift to other priority work and we want to be open that this has been put down for now.
When there is the ability to pick this back up we'll return to share with you here.

Yes, this is incredibly common. The staff cost should be at the project level not at a universal level. I am really shocked that this wasn't the original build. Additionally, we need to be able to account for staff costs that change over time due to promotions, salary increases or change orders.
