Hi everyone, we understand the sentiment here and how this change could help you work more efficiently in Xero. Thank you for insights we received to assist in our discovery of this feature.
As we've continued to develop the new purchase orders experience, I am happy to share here that when this rolls out your businesses Physical address will be the default for Delivery address.
I'll return to keep you updated as this goes live.

We need this too, we have 1000's of repeating invoices each month and our clients are asking for this on the invoices we send, it should be simple.

Hi everyone, there’s been a lot of thoughtful input shared on this idea, and we understand the efficiency and value this could bring for teams working with large or fast-changing contact lists.
While this request is not in the pipeline, that does not mean the need has gone unnoticed.
Your feedback continues to shape how we look at these gaps, and we appreciate you taking the time to explain what this would mean for your workflows.

Has this been sorted now as this is so frustrating!
Even though I put the delivery address in manually some people still try and send things to our PO Box
