Hi everyone, while we appreciate your feedback here. With the retirement of classic invoicing in February, and to help customers get used to the new invoicing experience this default will continue to apply.
As we continue to improve the new experience this means customers may find updates that help their workflow and adopt the new experience.
The option to switch back to classic will be available and we understand this is the experience some customers may choose to use up until the retirement date.

(Not Graham) It gets worse sadly .... if you happen to be creating an invoice at that magic time of 24 hrs since you last clicked on the saviour button to return back to classic invoicing: when you click on the approve button, you lose the whole invoice .. it disappears, so you have to repeat that invoice again. Clown system. I raised a case to complain and Xero rang me instantly. Wow - quick response I thought. Small hope faded instantly as he started to gaslight me with 'our team are working constantly to solve this' .. followed by 'since this is a sunset product, we won't be putting any effort into this.' Laughable if it wasn't business and efficiency being played with.
