    Show Timestamp or Submission Date/Time on Employee Leave application.

    The app allows an employee to apply for Sick Leave in advance and
    a submission Date/Time should be display in the app as this can help us determine if this should be decline or approve.
    This incident happened to us. One of our employee's applied for 2 days advance Sick Leave prior to the day of Sick leave.
